A company is looking for a Customer Support Analyst - Security & Compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Co-ordinate responses to customer security questionnaires
- Assist the Level 1 team with first-line support queries
- Partner with Product Teams and Engineering to develop expertise in security and compliance
Required Qualifications
- 12+ months experience in Customer Support for SaaS enterprise software
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly
- Experience handling and prioritizing multiple support tickets
- Experience escalating technical issues to advanced support teams
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs is a plus
