Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Support Analyst - Security & Compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Co-ordinate responses to customer security questionnaires
  • Assist the Level 1 team with first-line support queries
  • Partner with Product Teams and Engineering to develop expertise in security and compliance
Required Qualifications
  • 12+ months experience in Customer Support for SaaS enterprise software
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly
  • Experience handling and prioritizing multiple support tickets
  • Experience escalating technical issues to advanced support teams
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs is a plus
