Deal Desk Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Deal Desk Specialist to join their Global Sales Operations team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate quotes and assist sales reps with quote creation and inquiries
• Communicate effectively with the sales team and ensure customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with various departments to resolve issues and maintain data accuracy

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Experience with Salesforce (SFDC) and CPQ is highly desired
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems
• Experience in customer service, sales support, or order entry is a plus
