A company is looking for a Renewals Specialist to lead renewal negotiations and drive customer retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end renewal negotiations for a strategic book of business
- Collaborate with Customer Success Managers and Strategic Account Managers to ensure seamless renewal execution
- Identify upsell opportunities and drive Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) growth
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Renewals or a similar role
- Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools, particularly Salesforce
- Proven track record of exceeding renewal and retention goals
- Familiarity with cybersecurity technologies and market trends is a plus
