Job Summary

A company is looking for a Renewals Specialist to lead renewal negotiations and drive customer retention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end renewal negotiations for a strategic book of business
  • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers and Strategic Account Managers to ensure seamless renewal execution
  • Identify upsell opportunities and drive Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) growth
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Renewals or a similar role
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools, particularly Salesforce
  • Proven track record of exceeding renewal and retention goals
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity technologies and market trends is a plus
