Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new leads and clients to achieve production goals
- Conduct meetings with potential clients to present products and services
- Negotiate terms and finalize sales agreements while maintaining client relationships
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Maintain an average of $300,000 in monthly production
- One (1) year of experience in commercial or small business financing or related sales
- Demonstrated results in meeting production sales goals
- Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms
