Central Sales Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Central Sales Manager (Remote Opportunity).

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to leads for multiple Select Service & Full-Service properties
• Assist and coach a team of Lead Specialists to ensure strong performance
• Manage sales efforts across the Americas, focusing on Group & Transient sales

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years of hotel sales or comparable experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Proficient in general computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office, Envision, Opera, and Cvent
• Experience with Transient RFP Process & Cvent Transient is preferred
• Previous managerial experience is a plus
