A company is looking for a Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to lead revenue growth and strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute a multi-year revenue growth strategy targeting $30M and $50M budgets
• Cultivate and manage relationships with major philanthropic institutions and funding sources
• Lead a diverse revenue team and ensure alignment with organizational goals and operations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and at least 15 years of senior leadership experience in nonprofit development
• Proven success in growing annual revenue from under $25M to over $40M
• Expertise in unrestricted revenue strategies and pooled fund models
• Established reputation in impact philanthropy and capital formation sectors
• Strong management experience with a focus on team development and cross-functional collaboration
