Demand Planner

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Demand Planner to support forecasting and improve demand accuracy across key categories.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain SKU-level forecasts considering member trends, promotions, and marketing activities
• Support demand model optimization and ensure accuracy through data review and adjustments
• Track KPIs and collaborate with cross-functional teams to build forecast consensus

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Economics, Business, or a related field
• 2-4+ years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or a data-driven analytical role
• Proficient in Excel; experience with forecasting tools like Anaplan is a plus
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset
