Key Responsibilities
- Design and optimize end-to-end digital customer journeys focusing on scale customer segments
- Collaborate cross-functionally to create seamless customer experiences and implement scalable digital engagement strategies
- Own KPIs for digital customer success initiatives and continuously optimize digital touchpoints based on performance data
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of digital customer success experience in SaaS organizations
- 1+ years of experience with customer success platforms (ChurnZero, Pendo, or similar)
- Strong background in customer lifecycle management and journey optimization
- Exceptional strategic thinking with the ability to design holistic customer experiences
- Proficiency with customer success platforms and data analysis capabilities
