A company is looking for a Director, Enterprise Solutions Engineering.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct coaching sessions and team meetings to enhance deal strategy and technical execution
- Align with Enterprise Sales Leaders to drive segment strategy and manage SE team capacity
- Provide hands-on support for strategic enterprise accounts and collaborate with Product on technical initiatives
Qualifications We Value:
- 8+ years of experience in sales engineering or technical sales, including 2+ years in a leadership role
- Deep expertise in Contact Center technologies and AI applications
- Strong knowledge of enterprise platforms such as Salesforce and Google
