Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, IDD Incident Management and Quality Outcomes, Performance-Based Contracting.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the full lifecycle of incident management, ensuring compliance and timely reporting
• Lead the development of incident review processes and utilize data analytics for risk mitigation
• Manage program development and financial operations to ensure sustainability and quality service delivery

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Experience in incident management and quality assurance within a healthcare or non-profit setting
• Proven leadership skills with a focus on team development and engagement
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and accreditation standards
• Experience with data analytics tools, such as PowerBI, for performance monitoring
• Advanced degree in a relevant field preferred
