Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Member Services who will lead the Member Services teams remotely across the U.S.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a long-term vision and strategy for Member Services to enhance member satisfaction and operational efficiency
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring service level objectives are met while managing capacity and budget
- Lead initiatives to improve member experience and collaborate with senior leaders on business objectives
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of senior leadership experience in customer service/sales or the insurance industry; Benefit Administration experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience
- Proven experience leveraging technology to optimize operations
- Experience in workforce planning, high volume recruiting, and training in a high growth environment
- Track record of driving cost reductions without negatively impacting performance
