Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Member Services who will lead the Member Services teams remotely across the U.S.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a long-term vision and strategy for Member Services to enhance member satisfaction and operational efficiency
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring service level objectives are met while managing capacity and budget
  • Lead initiatives to improve member experience and collaborate with senior leaders on business objectives


Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of senior leadership experience in customer service/sales or the insurance industry; Benefit Administration experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience
  • Proven experience leveraging technology to optimize operations
  • Experience in workforce planning, high volume recruiting, and training in a high growth environment
  • Track record of driving cost reductions without negatively impacting performance
