Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Pediatric Care Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage pediatric medical and behavioral care for members and their beneficiaries
• Develop member-centric care plans through collaboration with families and multidisciplinary health care teams
• Document encounters and update care plans based on member needs and goals

Required Qualifications

• NYS RN or LCSW, LMSW
• 1 year of pediatric clinical field experience, including work with families and child-serving systems
• Proficient in navigating multiple electronic documentation systems
• Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders for appropriate care
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred
