Key Responsibilities
- Develop and run integrated digital programs targeting brick-and-mortar SMB audiences to generate qualified pipeline and revenue
- Own and scale digital channels while improving conversion rates and collaborating with other teams for measurable demand
- Manage performance budget and define KPIs to guide budget shifts and maximize ROI through disciplined testing and analytics
Required Qualifications
- 8-10+ years of experience in B2B demand generation/performance marketing, particularly with hard-to-reach SMB audiences
- Hands-on experience across various digital acquisition channels including SEM/SEO, paid social, and programmatic
- Proven track record of owning significant budgets and demonstrating accountability for efficient deployment and ROI
- Familiarity with product-led growth motions and collaboration with growth teams
- Strong network among performance marketing leaders and ability to communicate complex data insights to executives
