Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Sales Operations + Enablement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales enablement and operations strategies in alignment with the overall sales strategy
- Oversee day-to-day activities of the sales team and provide training, tools, and resources for success
- Analyze sales data to identify improvements and ensure the team meets revenue targets and KPIs
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of sales operations/enablement leadership experience and 5+ years of direct sales experience
- Demonstrated experience in supporting revenue growth in a rapidly scaling organization
- Strong understanding of IT fundamentals and the Managed Services Provider (MSP) industry
- Advanced proficiency in CRM tools (preferably HubSpot) and business intelligence tools (e.g., PowerBI)
- Experience in building effective sales strategies and compensation plans
