Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Sales Planning to lead the design and execution of sales quotas, territories, and incentive programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead quota setting and territory design in collaboration with FP&A and Sales Leadership
  • Design and implement incentive programs aligned with company priorities
  • Oversee the administration and auditing of the CaptivateIQ commission platform
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in Sales Planning, Sales Operations, or Revenue Operations
  • Proven experience in leading quota, territory, and incentive planning
  • Strong analytical and modeling skills, with proficiency in Excel/Sheets; SQL/BI tools are a plus
  • Experience with Salesforce and commission tools, such as CaptivateIQ
  • Leadership experience managing analysts or owning a function-level strategy
