Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Sales Planning to lead the design and execution of sales quotas, territories, and incentive programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead quota setting and territory design in collaboration with FP&A and Sales Leadership
- Design and implement incentive programs aligned with company priorities
- Oversee the administration and auditing of the CaptivateIQ commission platform
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Sales Planning, Sales Operations, or Revenue Operations
- Proven experience in leading quota, territory, and incentive planning
- Strong analytical and modeling skills, with proficiency in Excel/Sheets; SQL/BI tools are a plus
- Experience with Salesforce and commission tools, such as CaptivateIQ
- Leadership experience managing analysts or owning a function-level strategy
