A company is looking for a Sr. Manager, Technical Sales Enablement.
Key Responsibilities
- Build the enablement function, including operating cadence, curriculum, and certification framework
- Lead the Sales Kickoff (SKO) by partnering with executives to establish agenda and reinforcement strategies
- Develop technical storytelling content and provide field coaching to enhance sales performance
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years in sales enablement, preferably in B2B infrastructure/SaaS targeting developers/IT/security
- Experience building enablement functions with measurable impact in complex environments
- Deep understanding of sales methodologies such as MEDDICC, Command, or Challenger
- Technical fluency in streaming/media, networking, or security
- Proven ability to create enablement tools like ROI/TCO models and demo scripts
