Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Manager, Technical Sales Enablement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build the enablement function, including operating cadence, curriculum, and certification framework
  • Lead the Sales Kickoff (SKO) by partnering with executives to establish agenda and reinforcement strategies
  • Develop technical storytelling content and provide field coaching to enhance sales performance


Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years in sales enablement, preferably in B2B infrastructure/SaaS targeting developers/IT/security
  • Experience building enablement functions with measurable impact in complex environments
  • Deep understanding of sales methodologies such as MEDDICC, Command, or Challenger
  • Technical fluency in streaming/media, networking, or security
  • Proven ability to create enablement tools like ROI/TCO models and demo scripts
