Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the Talent Acquisition strategy aligned with business priorities
- Lead and manage a remote Talent Acquisition team while enhancing recruiting processes
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and manage vendor relationships and budgets
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources management preferred
- Previous Director-level leadership experience required
- 5+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience, including 3-5+ years in leadership
- Experience with compensation plan design and administration required
- Experience in clinical, healthcare, or addiction recovery is a plus
