Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service via email, chat, and phone using Zendesk
- Assist customers with order inquiries, product questions, complaints, and website navigation
- Track shipments, process returns, and document customer interactions
Qualifications
- Strong attendance record is a must
- Previous B2C customer service experience required
- E-commerce and Zendesk experience preferred
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
