Job Summary
A company is looking for an Enterprise Sales Lead, Payments to drive adoption of optimism across global payments companies.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and lead the strategy for payments, identifying market entry points and translating protocol advantages into narratives for decision-makers
- Source, structure, and close high-impact partnerships while driving adoption of onchain wallets and embedded finance SDKs
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure successful integration and represent the company at industry events
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in business development or partnerships, ideally in payments or financial infrastructure
- Proven track record of closing complex deals with payment platforms or neobanks
- Deep understanding of fintech infrastructure, including wallets, custody, and stablecoins
- Familiarity with crypto infrastructure, particularly Ethereum and Layer 2s
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and thrive in a fast-moving market
