Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Sales (Director, Methane Results).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, including lead generation, pipeline management, deal negotiation, and account relationship development
- Collaborate with marketing to design and execute lead generation campaigns and represent the company at industry events
- Convey targeted value propositions and develop a deep understanding of customer pain points to guide clients effectively
Required Qualifications
- Must be based out of Texas or Oklahoma
- Experience in the upstream and/or midstream oil and gas markets
- Proven ability to run a full-cycle sales desk independently
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
- A team-focused mentality that encourages collaboration in sales strategy design and execution
