Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Executive, Select Small Commercial for the Brookfield-Milwaukee territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify new customers and develop annual Business Development Plans for the assigned territory
• Establish strong producer relationships and facilitate working relationships between distribution resources and underwriters
• Own the business development process, focusing on developing a pipeline of profitable new business and renewal retention

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 2 years of professional or underwriting experience required
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3 years of sales or underwriting experience in the insurance industry preferred
• Technical knowledge of Property & Casualty is required
