A company is looking for a Senior Sales Manager to lead and grow their business in Canada.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute regional strategies in collaboration with functional leaders
- Lead and develop the Canadian Commercial sales team, ensuring sales performance targets are met
- Drive sales growth through leadership, organizational planning, and execution of sales strategies
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum 10 years of direct B2B sales experience, with at least 5 years in sales management
- Experience managing and coaching complex Mid Market sales cycles
- Familiarity with IaaS, Networking, and Information Security services
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
