Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director, Finance Strategic Projects to oversee finance-led integration initiatives across the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end integration programs for acquired businesses, ensuring alignment with financial and operational objectives
- Develop and manage integration-related milestone plans, ensuring control over scope, quality, schedule, and cost
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including executive sponsors
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
- Minimum of twelve years of hands-on experience managing large to midsize projects and/or programs
- Experience in program management, finance transformation, or Post-Merger Integration
- Strong understanding of financial planning, reporting, and operational processes
- Experience with digital tools and platforms that support integration and performance management
