Finance Strategic Program Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Finance Strategic Projects to oversee finance-led integration initiatives across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end integration programs for acquired businesses, ensuring alignment with financial and operational objectives
• Develop and manage integration-related milestone plans, ensuring control over scope, quality, schedule, and cost
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including executive sponsors

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
• Minimum of twelve years of hands-on experience managing large to midsize projects and/or programs
• Experience in program management, finance transformation, or Post-Merger Integration
• Strong understanding of financial planning, reporting, and operational processes
• Experience with digital tools and platforms that support integration and performance management
