Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to build and lead the FP&A function from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning processes
• Collaborate with leaders across various departments to align resources with company strategy
• Develop multi-year models and conduct scenario analyses for strategic decision-making

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or investment banking, preferably in high-growth SaaS or cybersecurity
• Proven ability to create financial processes and tools from scratch in a scaling environment
• Skilled in connecting financial metrics with business strategy
• Strong modeling skills and ability to interpret complex data into clear recommendations
• Experience with modern FP&A tools, BI platforms, and ERP systems
