Futures Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Futures to build and scale their futures and prediction markets products.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a subject-matter expert on futures clearing and prediction markets, shaping product features and operations
• Oversee daily operations including confirmations, settlement, expiry, delivery, and reconciliations
• Contribute to risk management, regulatory compliance, and operational safety through policy development and monitoring

Required Qualifications

• Deep experience in futures clearing and settlement operations, preferably with major exchanges like CME or ICE
• Strong knowledge of futures regulations (CFTC required) and experience in prediction markets or crypto perpetuals
• Hands-on expertise in managing day-to-day clearing and settlement operations
• Experience working with engineering teams to design automation and resilient operational systems
• Recognized derivatives certifications (e.g., FINRA Series 3, DFOL, FLC, CCSE, DFC)
