Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience leading complex global projects, ideally in enterprise software or SaaS
• Strong background in CRM systems and go-to-market processes
• Proven ability to drive execution and prioritize workstreams across matrixed teams
• Experience in integrating AI into work processes or decision-making
• PMP or Agile certification is preferred
