Job Summary

A company is looking for a Golden Circle Officer to engage and manage relationships with donors.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to donor inquiries regarding various donation methods and manage a portfolio of 50-100 donors
• Engage donors through regular communication to enhance relationships and increase giving potential
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure a positive donor experience and facilitate donor transfers within the organization

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or comparable work experience
• Strong interpersonal skills for building meaningful connections
• Experience utilizing statistical information and advanced technologies, such as AI tools, in fundraising
• Ability to collaborate and positively influence internal and external partners
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and donor management systems
