Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direction and accountability for Group subsidiaries
  • Identify resources for scaling and growth of capabilities within the Group
  • Recruit, train, and develop subsidiary leadership and operations team members
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field required; Master's preferred
  • At least 15 years of government industry-specific experience, including five years in upper management
  • Proven strategic planning and budgeting experience
  • Experience in building and scaling teams and systems
  • Extensive knowledge of industry principles and best practices
