Key Responsibilities
- Provide direction and accountability for Group subsidiaries
- Identify resources for scaling and growth of capabilities within the Group
- Recruit, train, and develop subsidiary leadership and operations team members
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field required; Master's preferred
- At least 15 years of government industry-specific experience, including five years in upper management
- Proven strategic planning and budgeting experience
- Experience in building and scaling teams and systems
- Extensive knowledge of industry principles and best practices
