Job Summary

A company is looking for a Growth Account Executive to manage existing customer accounts and drive revenue growth through product expansion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full sales cycle for customer expansion, identifying and closing upsell opportunities within assigned territory
  • Conduct deep discovery to uncover customer pain points and leverage consultative sales techniques to position product offerings
  • Achieve quota attainment by consistently meeting and exceeding sales revenue and unit booking targets


Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of quota-carrying sales experience in a closing role with a proven track record of success
  • Experience in a high-velocity or high-volume B2B SaaS sales environment
  • Expertise in full-cycle sales skills, including discovery, negotiation, and closing techniques
  • A consultative approach with the ability to challenge prospects' perspectives
  • A growth and ownership mindset, being self-motivated and competitive
