Key Responsibilities
- Own the CRO strategy and experimentation roadmap across the website and landing pages
- Design and run A/B and multivariate tests using various testing tools
- Analyze results for statistical significance and translate insights into actionable next steps
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) or growth experimentation roles
- Proven track record of designing and executing A/B and multivariate tests
- Strong working knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, and behavioral analytics tools
- Expertise in test planning and prioritization frameworks
- Strong understanding of the marketing ecosystem and the role of CRO in influencing acquisition and retention
