Job Summary
A company is looking for a GTM Enablement Manager to join their GTM Enablement Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the Commercial Account Executive and Account Manager Team to design programs and training addressing role-specific business needs
- Execute Enablement core programs in collaboration with various stakeholders including Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams
- Analyze key metrics to identify gaps and define relevant Enablement programs to impact business metrics
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Sales or Customer Success Enablement, leadership, or strategy roles
- Experience working across multiple international markets
- Strong project management skills with the ability to scope and execute complex projects
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies, processes, and revenue tech stack
- Collaborative working style with experience in cross-team collaboration to achieve common goals
