HCC Risk Adjustment Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor, HCC Risk Adjustment Auditing.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise team performance, conduct performance assessments, and manage time sheets
• Provide coaching and feedback to improve production and quality standards
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and complete special projects as assigned

Required Qualifications

• AHIMA (RHIA, RHIT, CCS) or AAPC (CPC, CPC-H, COC, CIC, CRC) certified credentials
• Extensive knowledge of ICD-9/10 coding
• Minimum of 2 years coding experience
• Experience managing a team of employees
• Familiarity with HCC coding and auditing
