Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Finance to build and lead the financial backbone that empowers the organization to scale with confidence.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate as the senior-most finance voice, partnering with the CEO and executive team on financial matters
• Take full responsibility for forecasting, reporting, and scenario planning to ensure visibility into cash flow, revenue, and expenses
• Oversee core financial operations, including month-end close, taxes, and vendor management, ensuring strong controls

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive finance experience in high-growth environments
• Strong track record of owning monthly closes, reconciliations, and budgeting
• Ability to build and scale financial operating models and support complex initiatives
• Experience in hands-on execution while developing systems and processes for scale
• Ability to influence and collaborate with senior leadership effectively
