Key Responsibilities
- Oversee targeting and media strategy for marketer and advertiser accounts
- Maintain margin goals and align performance media practice with business outcomes
- Lead the development and execution of the go-to-market strategy for performance media
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role within a digital marketing agency or in-house team
- Deep expertise in Paid Search, Programmatic Media, CTV, Social Media, and/or Ad Operations
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a diverse, globally distributed team
- Strong understanding of digital marketing ecosystems and complex go-to-market strategies
- Highly analytical with the ability to define key metrics and deliver actionable insights
