Job Summary
A company is looking for a Head of Sales to drive revenue growth and lead the sales function in North America.
Key Responsibilities
- Own quarterly and annual revenue targets while delivering accurate forecasts
- Lead and coach a sales team, establishing quotas, compensation plans, and performance metrics
- Collaborate with various teams to refine go-to-market strategies and ensure post-sales expansion
Required Qualifications
- Degree or Diploma in any field, preferably media or technology related
- Proven experience scaling an adtech/MarTech or SaaS company with $30M+ ARR
- Track record of personally closing 6-7 figure deals
- 5+ years of leadership experience in sales teams with a history of exceeding quotas
- Strong operational discipline and experience with CRM systems
