Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Sales to drive revenue growth and lead the sales function in North America.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own quarterly and annual revenue targets while delivering accurate forecasts
  • Lead and coach a sales team, establishing quotas, compensation plans, and performance metrics
  • Collaborate with various teams to refine go-to-market strategies and ensure post-sales expansion
Required Qualifications
  • Degree or Diploma in any field, preferably media or technology related
  • Proven experience scaling an adtech/MarTech or SaaS company with $30M+ ARR
  • Track record of personally closing 6-7 figure deals
  • 5+ years of leadership experience in sales teams with a history of exceeding quotas
  • Strong operational discipline and experience with CRM systems
