Job Summary

A company is looking for a Healthcare Technical Operations Specialist to support the Department of Veterans Affairs.

Key Responsibilities

• Bridge clinical and technical workstreams by leveraging expertise in healthcare operations and technology solutions
• Facilitate communication between clinicians and IT teams to ensure effective operational workflow support
• Support project teams in change management and training best practices under guidance from the Change Management and Training Lead

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare operations and technical solutions
• Experience developing and implementing strategies for complex initiatives
• Experience developing technical requirements
• Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance
