Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Agency Development Managers to align with growth goals
• Conduct call monitoring and provide coaching to improve sales techniques and team performance
• Oversee recruitment and onboarding of new agencies, ensuring effective training and support

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
• 10+ years of experience in insurance sales or account management, with 5+ years in leadership roles
• Strong understanding of the insurance industry and agency partner acquisition
• Experience with independent insurance agents and large agency networks
• Proficiency in CRM tools and familiarity with agency management systems
