A company is looking for an Insurance Verification Specialist to join their team remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to verify and document information for insurance applications
- Conduct assessments using the Quality Assurance database to determine additional customer information needed
- Maintain communication with management regarding actions taken within the Quality Assurance database
Required Qualifications
- Minimum typing requirement of 35 wpm
- Ability to work full-time and/or part-time based on position specifications
- Knowledge of medical terminology and spelling is a plus
- Proficient use of the computer and Microsoft Office
- Desire to learn and grow within the company
