Key Responsibilities
- Assist users in utilizing CRM tools for data-driven decision-making and campaign optimization
- Create user-friendly training materials to support CRM onboarding and ongoing education
- Support the preparation and delivery of internal training sessions and workshops
Required Qualifications
- Solid understanding of user lifecycle concepts such as churn, retention, and re-engagement
- Experience in email marketing and user segmentation
- Strong command of English (B2 level or higher)
- Familiarity with training practices and willingness to support knowledge-sharing initiatives
