Job Summary

A company is looking for a Claims Team Lead to oversee daily claims operations and ensure efficient processing for clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage workflow processes to meet client response times while applying departmental policies
  • Provide ongoing training for team members and align operations with company strategy
  • Conduct analysis and reports for compliance and manage client relationships to ensure satisfaction
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 2+ years experience in healthcare claims processing, preferably in a third-party administrator or insurance setting
  • 2+ years experience in QicLink preferred
  • Proficiency in relevant software and claims processing systems preferred
  • CPC Certification preferred
