Key Responsibilities
- Manage workflow processes to meet client response times while applying departmental policies
- Provide ongoing training for team members and align operations with company strategy
- Conduct analysis and reports for compliance and manage client relationships to ensure satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2+ years experience in healthcare claims processing, preferably in a third-party administrator or insurance setting
- 2+ years experience in QicLink preferred
- Proficiency in relevant software and claims processing systems preferred
- CPC Certification preferred
