Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Product Operations, Customer Service, or Account Management Support
• BS/BA degree preferred
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment
• Proficiency in Google Suite and chat support systems
• Knowledge of the construction or solar industry preferred
