Job Summary

A company is looking for a Managed Care Enrollment Broker.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by answering calls regarding assignments
• Research and process assignment change requests and document calls in detail
• Interact professionally with team members and customers while meeting production targets

Required Qualifications and Education

• High school diploma or G.E.D
• Two or more years of customer service experience
• Proficient in personal computers and applications such as Outlook and Microsoft Office
• Experience in the healthcare industry, particularly with Medicaid, is preferred
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations
