A company is looking for a Managed Care Enrollment Broker.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer service by answering calls regarding assignments
- Research and process assignment change requests and document calls in detail
- Interact professionally with team members and customers while meeting production targets
Required Qualifications and Education
- High school diploma or G.E.D
- Two or more years of customer service experience
- Proficient in personal computers and applications such as Outlook and Microsoft Office
- Experience in the healthcare industry, particularly with Medicaid, is preferred
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations
