Job Summary
A company is looking for a Key Account Manager (Transportation) to manage and expand relationships with national customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow accounts with annual net revenue greater than $500K
- Develop and maintain strong business relationships with customer contacts to ensure high levels of service
- Coordinate with internal teams to set up new accounts and maintain profitability by expanding services
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
- Five (5) years of experience in international freight forwarding operations and/or sales services
- Familiarity with ocean, air, warehouse, and surface transportation procedures
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective relationship management
- Demonstrated project or account management skills
