Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing eLearning, job aids, and instructor-led training materials
- Curate and organize learning content from various platforms and support training logistics
- Monitor learner feedback and assist in evaluating training effectiveness for continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Instructional Design, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a learning and development or training role in a technical environment
- Experience with eLearning tools and LMS platforms required
- Understanding of adult learning principles and basic instructional design models
- Coursework or certifications in instructional design or LMS administration is a plus
