Legal Operations Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Legal Operations and Product Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop policies and processes for legal and compliance projects related to women's health products
• Drive initiatives to improve the efficiency of legal operations and manage cross-functional collaboration
• Create project plans, identify risks, and analyze operational performance post-execution

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years' experience, preferably in managed care
• Experience with project planning, regulatory submissions, and compliance processes
• Knowledge of ERISA, HIPAA, and regulations affecting health benefit plans is preferred
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Experience in the Reproduction or Women's Health Field is a plus
