Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Advisor (Home Energy).
Key Responsibilities
- Perform remote diagnosis and troubleshooting of charging equipment while ensuring high customer satisfaction
- Create and manage customer cases in Salesforce and coordinate logistics for parts and technical escalations
- Provide pre-sale consultations, oversee post-sale support, and train other agents as needed
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as an electrician or in EV charging equipment repair/installation
- Minimum 2 years in a call center or customer-facing environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce
- Associate/Trade degree in a related field or four years of equivalent experience
- Valid driver's license
