Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Associate Director, Advertising.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and execute advertising strategies to drive client revenue growth
• Act as an expert resource for the CommerceIQ platform, providing training and troubleshooting support
• Perform data analysis to address client strategic questions and enhance their KPIs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, Economics, or related field
• 6+ years of professional work experience
• 4+ years of experience managing Enterprise level Retail Media campaigns
• Experience managing multi-million dollar Paid Search marketing budgets
• Proven track record of retaining and renewing Enterprise customers in the SaaS space
