Key Responsibilities

  • Own gross retention and renewal outcomes, proactively identifying and mitigating risk
  • Lead executive business reviews (QBRs) and develop strategic account plans aligned with customer goals
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of Customer Success, Account Management, or related client-facing experience
  • Proven ability to drive retention, adoption, and long-term customer success
  • Experience leading executive-level conversations, business reviews, and complex client presentations
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Experience with SaaS or subscription-based business models preferred
