Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective clients regarding Aetna's Medicare plans
- Explain Medicare options, benefits, and enrollment processes to clients
- Understand clients' unique needs and provide tailored solutions while maintaining accurate records of interactions
Required Qualifications and Education
- Minimum of 1 year of successful outbound dialing sales experience in the Medicare industry
- Valid Resident State Health Insurance license
- Continuing Education (CEs) up to date
- High School Diploma or GED
- Proficient in Microsoft Windows environment and multiple CRM software systems
