Strategic Client Relationship Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategic Client Relationship Manager - Remote.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and nurture relationships with key Payer clients to understand their strategy and business needs
• Lead cross-organizational teams to enhance the value of solutions provided to clients
• Ensure service delivery commitments are met and drive resolution of performance issues

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in leadership roles within the Health Care or Financial industries
• 2+ years of experience building relationships with C-Suite and senior client executives
• 2+ years of experience in collaboration and strategy development for growth opportunities
• 2+ years of proven strategic planning and analytical skills
• 2+ years of ability to influence executive leadership on complex business topics
